Wild Body Luminary Yoga Community
Yoga is a supportive practice to facilitate mind body connection. This mindful experience is intended to give yourself the gift of slowing down and feeling into your body. I create a space that allows you to connect with the sensations you experience in your body and I give you room to explore those vibrations. I invite you to bring a journal to write down any processes you may encounter throughout the practice.
Slow flow Vinyasa practice every Sunday 6 -7pm.
All levels welcome.
Open to the community. First class free.
